PROVIDE: Submit work now for PROVIDE Paper issue 002:

Back when the PROVIDE Shop opened in September 2012, we launched thePROVIDE Paper, with issue 001 focusing on creative talent in and around Digbeth. We’re now excited to begin collecting submissions for issue 002, which will be themed Choose Adventure.

Tonight, we tried out a street food fair in a Digbeth warehouse tucked underneath the train tracks and paired that with a trip to Chinatown.

Birmingham fed us, in this order:

Krispy Kreme beef burgers with maple bacon

Warm cider with a shot of rhum

Vietnamese shrimp wonton pho

and a green tea mousse cake.

Now I’m searching the interwebs for the name of the jazzy, trumpety, rap song they were playing over dinner. Onwards!
